Worker's Compensation Large Risk Audit Service

Through our partnership with Nationwide Risk Consulting, Inc., we are now able to offer a contingency fee based worker's compensation audit program.  This program, for accounts with premium in excess of $20,000, reviews worker's compensation premiums over a four year period for errors that may result in substantial overpayments.  Items reviewed include employee classifications, payroll accuracy, misapplied premium credits and inaccurate experience modification rates.  Since this is a contingency fee based program, you only pay for the service if we recover overpayments for you.  To learn more about this program, please visit nationwideriskconsulting.com.

Builder's Risk

We now have available builder's risk policies for immediate issue. With rates as lows as .25/$100 coverage (subject to a minimum premium of $375), we can now cover new home and commercial construction projects as well as renovation projects.  Better yet, we can often complete the application and provide a firm quotation instantaneously! We require no lengthy application, and no pre-approval from underwriting in most cases.

General Liability

We offer some of the lowest General Liability rates available anywhere. Our contractors program has a low minimum premium of $500. Usually difficult to place contractors, such as roofers, are no problem for us.

Property Insurance

We not only competitively insure the large property risks (up to $200,000,000 at any location), but also have outstanding programs for small businesses. Our Business Owners Policy (BOP) rates are hard to beat.

Commercial Auto

Commercial Automobile Insurance is often one of the more expensive parts of a business' insurance program. Due to the large number of companies we represent, we can fit you in with the right company at the right price.

Bonding

We now have authority for immediate issuance of most probate, guardianship and license and permit bonds.  Generally the bond can be issued during a brief interview over the phone.  Contractors Bonds (bid and performance) up to $100,000 can also be issued instantaneously, and setting up an account for $200,000/$400,000 bonding capacity is quick and easy.
